Property Damage Inspection – This occurs at the beginning and end of all of our residential & commercial emergency cleaning jobs. We will be able to give you an approximate price before the job starts to ensure there are no surprises when the bill comes.

Fast Water Removal – Whether it is due to a sump pump malfunction, or our aggressive Buffalo weather, we offer immediate water mitigation you can rely on. When it comes to floods getting the water out and your building dry as fast as possible will ensure mold never has a chance to grow.

Effective Restoration – Our team will extract all standing water or obviously affected areas. Then using our specialized tools we will find moisture wherever it’s hiding behind drywall. If an area is wet or drywall has been damaged we will remove walls and baseboards 6 inches above where we last detected moisture. Once all damaged walls, carpeting, and other items that are beyond repair are removed we will begin the sanitizing and drying process.

Sanitizing – Once your building is ready we will apply an anti-microbial treatment in all affected areas. This product is a fungicide, mildewstat, disinfectant, and virucide.

Drying your building – We have over a dozen Xl-sized dehumidifiers and 75+ Large air movers on standby ready to get your building’s humidity back down to safe levels. Air scrubbers will trap any debris kicked into the air during demolition while filtering air throughout the drying process.

Cleaning – Once your building is dry and taken care of we will remove all equipment and clean up any debris left over from drywall or damaged items. Just because your building is under construction doesn’t mean it has to be a complete mess. Our trusted cleaning crew will keep your building as functional as possible during this process

Rebuilding – We have partnered with several construction companies in the past and can recommend some experienced professionals to get your building put back together and look even better than before.

Help with Insurance Claims – Although we deal with you our customer directly our team is knowledgeable and insurance savvy. We will provide all the necessary paperwork and documentation the insurance company will require for your claim.
